Offences and enforcementE+W
28.—(1) If any person contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 3, 4, 13, 21(1), 22, 23, [24 or 25] he or she will be guilty of an offence and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceedingly level 5 on the standard scale.
(2) Each food authority must enforce and execute these Regulations within its area.
