Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Dod o Anifeiliaid (Mewnforion Trydydd Gwledydd) (Cymru) 2007. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
RHAN 12LL+CHysbysiadau a Phenderfyniadau
Cyflwyno hysbysiadauLL+C
68.—(1) Caniateir i unrhyw hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan y Rheoliadau hyn gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, yr Asiantaeth, milfeddyg swyddogol, arolygydd pysgod swyddogol neu swyddog awdurdodedig gael ei gyflwyno i berson drwy—
(a)ei ddanfon at y person hwnnw;
(b)ei adael ym mhriod gyfeiriad y person hwnnw; neu
(c)ei bostio i briod gyfeiriad y person hwnnw.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw hysbysiad o'r fath sydd i'w gyflwyno i gorff corfforaethol neu gymdeithas anghorfforaethol ac eithrio partneriaeth gael ei gyflwyno'n briodol i ysgrifennydd neu glerc y corff hwnnw neu i un o swyddogion tebyg eraill y corff.
(3) Rhaid i unrhyw hysbysiad o'r fath sydd i'w gyflwyno i bartneriaeth (gan gynnwys partneriaeth Albanaidd) gael ei gyflwyno'n briodol i bartner neu berson sy'n rheoli'r busnes partneriaeth neu sy'n rheolwr arno.
(4) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (5) a (6), at ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, priod gyfeiriad unrhyw berson y mae hysbysiad i'w gyflwyno iddo, fydd ei gyfeiriad hysbys diwethaf ac eithrio pan mai'r canlynol fydd y priod gyfeirad—
(a)yn achos corff corfforaethol neu ei ysgrifennydd neu ei glerc, cyfeiriad swyddfa gofrestredig neu brif swyddfa y corff corfforaethol;
(b)yn achos cymdeithas anghorfforaethol (ac eithrio partneriaeth) neu ei hysgrifennydd neu ei chlerc, cyfeiriad prif swyddfa'r gymdeithas; ac
(c)yn achos partneriaeth (gan gynnwys partneriaeth Albanaidd) neu berson sy'n rheoli'r busnes partneriaeth neu sy'n rheolwr arno, cyfeiriad prif swyddfa'r bartneriaeth.
(5) Pan fo'r person y mae'r hysbysiad i'w gyflwyno iddo yn gwmni sydd wedi'i gofrestru, neu'n bartneriaeth sy'n cynnal busnes, y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig, a bod gan y cwmni neu'r bartneriaeth swyddfa o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig, ei brif swyddfa o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig fydd prif swyddfa'r cwmni hwnnw neu'r bartneriaeth honno at ddibenion paragraff (4).
(6) Os yw'r person y mae unrhyw hysbysiad o'r fath i'w gyflwyno iddo wedi rhoi i'r person sydd i gyflwyno'r hysbysiad gyfeiriad yn unol ag unrhyw un o ddarpariaethau'r Rheoliadau hyn, rhaid ymdrin â'r cyfeiriad hwnnw fel priod gyfeiriad y person y mae'r hysbysiad i'w gyflwyno iddo at ddibenion y rheoliad hwn.
(7) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn ystyr “postio” (“posting”) mewn perthynas â hysbysiad yw ei anfon drwy ddull rhagdaledig drwy wasanaeth post sy'n ceisio danfon dogfennau drwy'r post o fewn y Deyrnas Unedig heb fod yn ddiweddarach na'r diwrnod gwaith nesaf ym mhob achos neu ran amlaf, a danfon dogfennau drwy'r post y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig o fewn y cyfnod sy'n rhesymol o dan yr holl amgylchiadau.

69. Pan fo penderfyniad yn cael ei wneud o dan unrhyw un o ddarpariaethau'r Rheoliadau hyn, mewn perthynas â chynnyrch neu lwyth, rhaid i'r person sy'n gwneud y penderfyniad hysbysu'r person sy'n gyfrifol dros y cynnyrch neu'r llwyth o'r penderfyniad a'r rhesymau drosto yn ysgrifenedig, ynghyd â rhoi manylion ei hawl i apelio yn erbyn y penderfyniad gan gynnwys y weithdrefn a'r terfynau amser sy'n gymwys.
