Gwarantau mynediad
11.—(1) Os yw ynad heddwch wedi'i fodloni, ar ôl cael gwybodaeth ysgrifenedig ar lw, fod sail resymol i filfeddyg swyddogol, arolygydd pysgod swyddogol neu swyddog awdurdodedig fynd ar unrhyw dir neu i mewn i unrhyw fangre o dan reoliad 8 at unrhyw un o'r dibenion a bennir yn rheoliad 7 a naill ai—
(a)bod mynediad wedi'i wrthod, neu ei bod yn rhesymol disgwyl iddo gael ei wrthod, a bod y milfeddyg swyddogol, yr arolygydd pysgod swyddogol neu'r swyddog awdurdodedig wedi hysbysu'r meddiannydd o'i fwriad i wneud cais am warant mynediad; neu
(b)y byddai cais am fynediad, neu roi hysbysiad o'r fath, yn mynd yn groes i ddiben y mynediad, neu fod angen mynediad ar frys, neu fod y tir heb ei feddiannu neu'r fangre heb ei meddiannu, neu fod y meddiannydd yn absennol dros dro, ac y byddai'n mynd yn groes i ddiben y mynediad i aros nes iddo ddychwelyd,
caiff yr ynad drwy warant a lofnodir ganddo, a honno'n warant sy'n ddilys am fis, awdurdodi'r milfeddyg swyddogol, yr arolygydd pysgod swyddogol neu'r swyddog awdurdodedig i fynd ar y tir neu i mewn i'r fangre, gan ddefnyddio grym rhesymol os bydd angen.
(2) Rhaid i filfeddyg swyddogol, arolygydd pysgod swyddogol neu swyddog awdurdodedig sy'n ymadael ag unrhyw fangre sydd heb ei meddiannu ac y mae'r swyddog wedi mynd i mewn iddi yn rhinwedd gwarant, ei gadael yn fangre sydd wedi'i diogelu yr un mor effeithiol rhag mynediad diawdurdod ag yr oedd pan aeth yno yn gyntaf.
