Atebion awdurdodau lleol
12.—(1) Ar gyfer pob safle arolygu ar y ffin yn ei ardal, rhaid i awdurdod lleol gyflwyno i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ateb sy'n cynnwys—
(a)cyfanswm y llwythi a wiriwyd, a'r rheini wedi'u dosbarthu yn ôl grwpiau cynhyrchion ac yn ôl y wlad y maent yn tarddu ohoni;
(b)rhestr o'r llwythi y cymerwyd samplau ohonynt a chanlyniadau unrhyw brawf ar bob sampl neu ddadansoddiad o bob sampl; ac
(c)rhestr o'r llwythi y mae'n ofynnol eu hanfon ymlaen neu eu gwaredu o dan reoliad 21 gan y milfeddyg swyddogol neu'r arolygydd pysgod swyddogol, a hynny, ym mhob achos, ynghyd â'r wlad y maent yn tarddu ohoni, sefydliad tarddiad (os yw'n hysbys), disgrifiad o'r cynnyrch o dan sylw a'r rheswm dros ei wrthod.
(2) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol benderfynu pa mor aml y mae'r atebion y cyfeiriwyd atynt ym mharagraff (1) i gael eu cyflwyno a pha gyfnod amser y maent i ymdrin ag ef.
