Gwahardd cynhyrchion nad ydynt yn cydymffurfio
15. Ni chaiff neb ddod â chynnyrch nad yw'n cydymffurfio i mewn i Gymru o drydedd wlad, na chynnyrch nad yw'n cydymffurfio ac sy'n tarddu o drydedd wlad i Gymru o fan arall yn y tiriogaethau perthnasol—
(a)onid yw'n gynnyrch tramwy;
(b)onid yw ei sefydliad cyrchfan yn warws mewn parth rhydd, yn warws rydd neu'n warws dollfa a gymeradwywyd o dan Erthygl 12(4)(b) o Gyfarwyddeb 97/78/EC, neu'n storfa longau sy'n cydymffurfio ag Erthygl 13 o Gyfarwyddeb 97/78/EC, sydd wedi'i lleoli (ym mhob achos) y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig; neu
(c)onid yw ei sefydliad cyrchfan yn gyfrwng cludo mordwyol trawsffiniol ac y bwriedir i'r cynnyrch hwnnw gael ei ddanfon yn uniongyrchol ar y cyfrwng cludo mordwyol hwnnw er mwyn iddo gael ei fwyta neu ei yfed yno gan y staff a'r teithwyr.
