Rhoi cynhyrchion gerbron wrth safleoedd arolygu ar y ffin
18.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n gyfrifol am gynnyrch y deuir ag ef i Gymru o drydedd wlad, neu am gynnyrch Erthygl 9 y mae'r safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer ei gyrchfan yng Nghymru ac y deuir ag ef i Gymru, roi'r cynnyrch a'r dogfennau gofynnol neu sicrhau bod y rheini'n cael eu rhoi, yn ddi-oed gerbron y milfeddyg swyddogol yng nghyfleuster arolygu'r safle arolygu ar y ffin y rhoddwyd hysbysiad o gyflwyno neu roi'r cynnyrch ger ei fron o dan reoliad 17.
(2) Pan fo safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer cyflwyno cynnyrch Erthygl 9 yn y Deyrnas Unedig a'i safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer cyrchfan yng Nghymru, rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n gyfrifol am y cynnyrch ar ôl ei symud o'r safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer cyflwyno roi'r cynnyrch a'r dogfennau gofynnol, neu sicrhau bod y rheini'n cael eu rhoi, yn ddi-oed gerbron y milfeddyg swyddogol yng nghyfleuster arolygu'r safle arolygu ar y ffin ar gyfer cyrchfan y rhoddwyd hysbysiad o roi'r cynnyrch ger ei fron o dan reoliad 17.
(3) Rhaid i berson sy'n rhoi cynnyrch gerbron, ac eithrio cynnyrch tramwy neu gynnyrch y mae Rhan 8 yn gymwys iddo, o dan baragraff 18(1) neu (2) roi gerbron y dogfennau gofynnol sy'n ymwneud â'r cynnyrch hwnnw a'r rheini'n ddogfennau sydd wedi'u llunio yn Gymraeg neu yn Saesneg.
(4) Rhaid i berson sydd, o dan baragraff 18(1) neu (2), yn rhoi gerbron gynnyrch tramwy neu gynnyrch y mae Rhan 8 yn gymwys iddo ynghyd â dogfen ofynnol mewn iaith heblaw Cymraeg neu Saesneg, roi gerbron gyfieithiad i'r Gymraeg neu'r Saesneg o'r ddogfen ofynnol yr un pryd, a rhaid i'r cyfieithiad hwnnw fod yn un y mae arbenigydd â chymhwyster priodol wedi cadarnhau mai cyfieithiad cywir ydyw.
