Y ddogfen fynediad filfeddygol gyffredin i fynd gyda'r llwyth
20.—(1) Rhaid i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am lwyth neu ranlwyth y mae Rhan 2 o'r ddogfen fynediad filfeddygol gyffredin wedi'i dyroddi mewn perthynas ag ef, ac unrhyw gludydd sydd â gofal drosto am y tro, sicrhau bod y ddogfen fynediad filfeddygol gyffredin yn mynd gyda'r llwyth neu'r rhanlwyth—
(a)yn achos llwyth neu ranlwyth sydd wedi'i fwriadu ar gyfer ei fewnforio, ac yn ddarostyngedig i reoliad 37(3), hyd nes y bydd y llwyth neu'r rhanlwyth yn cyrraedd am y tro cyntaf, ar ôl cael ei fewnforio, fangre lle mae cynhyrchion yn cael eu storio, eu prosesu, eu trafod, eu prynu neu eu gwerthu; a
(b)ym mhob achos arall hyd nes na fydd y llwyth neu'r rhanlwyth yn ddarostyngedig i oruchwyliaeth gan awdurdodau'r tollau, o fewn ystyr “supervision by the customs authorities” yn Erthygl 4(13) o'r Cod Tollau.
(2) Rhaid i'r person sy'n meddiannu at ddibenion ei fusnes y fangre y cyfeiriwyd ati ym mharagraff 1(a) gymryd meddiant ar y dystysgrif fynediad filfeddygol gyffredin y cyfeiriwyd ati ym mharagraff (1) a dal ei afael arni yn y fangre am gyfnod o flwyddyn gan ddechrau ar y diwrnod ar ôl iddi gyrraedd yno.
