46.  Pan fo'r dogfennau gofynnol yn dangos bod cynnyrch y mae'r Rhan hon yn gymwys iddo yn gynnyrch nad yw'n cydymffurfio, dim ond os yw'r milfeddyg swyddogol o'r farn ei fod yn peri risg i iechyd anifeiliaid neu i iechyd y cyhoedd y mae angen i unrhyw berson, y mae'n ofynnol iddo o dan reoliad 18 ei roi i'r milfeddyg swyddogol wrth y safle arolygu ar y ffin, neu sicrhau ei fod yn cael ei roi iddo, ganiatáu i'r milfeddyg swyddogol, neu gynorthwyydd a benodwyd yn unol â rheoliad 6(1)(b) neu 6(2)(c) gyflawni gwiriad corfforol ar y cynnyrch.
