Directions by the Board to planning and licensing committees14
The Board may direct that any decision to be made by a planning committee, a licensing committee or area committee in respect of a function of any of the descriptions specified in column (1) of part A of Schedule 1 (functions relating to town and country planning and development control) is determined by the local authority.
