The National Assembly for Wales is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M1 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community M2 and in relation to measures in the veterinary field for the protection of public health M3.
The Treasury consent to these Regulations in accordance with section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973 M4.
The National Assembly for Wales makes these Regulations under section 2(2) European Communities Act 1972 and section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973.
