12.—(1) Diwygir Deddf Cysylltiadau Hiliol 1976 fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Atodlen 1A (cyrff a phersonau eraill sy'n ddarostyngedig i ddyletswydd statudol gyffredinol), yn Rhan 1 (categorïau gwreiddiol cyrff a phersonau eraill) —
(a)ym mharagraff 5 hepgorer y geiriau “or a Health Authority”; a
(b)ar ôl paragraff 5 mewnosoder —
“5A. A Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006.”.
