In Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Reserve and Auxiliary forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951 (capacities in respect of which payments may be made under Part 5 and paying authorities), in paragraph 15 for “Health Authority”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “Local Health Board”.
