Deddf Safonau Gofal 2000 (p.14)
30.—(1) Diwygir Deddf Safonau Gofal 2000 fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn adran 20 (y weithdrefn brys ar gyfer diddymu etc), yn is-adran (6)(b) yn lle “Health Authority” rhodder “Local Health Board”.
(3) Yn adran 42 (pwer i ymestyn cymhwyso Rhan 2), yn is-adran (2)(b)(ii) yn lle “Health Authorities” rhodder “Local Health Boards”.
(4) Yn adran 89 (effaith cynnwys ar y rhestr), hepgorer (4C)(d).
(5) Yn Atodlen Schedule 2A (personau sy'n ddarostyngedig i adolygiad gan y comisiynydd o dan adran 72B), ar ôl paragraff 2 mewnosoder fel paragraff 2A, “2A Any Local Health Board for an area in, or consisting of, Wales”.
(6) Yn Atodlen 2B (personau sydd â'u trefniadau yn ddarostyngedig i adolygiad gan y comisiynydd o dan adran 73), ar ôl paragraff 3 mewnosoder fel paragraff 3A, “3A Any Local Health Board for an area in, or consisting of Wales”.
