Deddf Gwasanaethau Iechyd ac Iechyd y Cyhoedd 1968 (p.46)
6.—(1) Diwygir Deddf Gwasanaethau Iechyd ac Iechyd y Cyhoedd 1968 fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn adran 63 (darparu cyfarwyddyd i swyddogion awdurdodau ysbytai a phersonau eraill a gyflogir, neu sy'n ystyried cyflogaeth, mewn rhai gweithgareddau sy'n gysylltiedig ag iechyd neu lles) —
(a)yn isadran (1)(a) hepgorer y geiriau “Health Authority”;
(b)yn is-adran (2)(b) yn lle “Health Authority” rhodder “Local Health Board”;
(c)yn is-adran (5A) hepgorer y geiriau “Health Authority” yn y ddau fan lle y digwydd; ac
(ch)yn is-adran (5B) hepgorer paragraff (a).
(3) Yn adran 64 (cymorth ariannol gan y Gweinidog Iechyd a'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol i rai sefydliadau gwirfoddol), yn is-adran (3)(b) yn lle “Health Authority” rhodder “Local Health Board”.
