Cymeradwyo anifeiliaid buchol i'w defnyddio mewn mangre sydd heb ei thrwyddedu
10.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gymeradwyo defnyddio anifail buchol i gasglu ei semen, neu ei ddefnyddio fel anifail ymlid, mewn mangre sydd heb ei thrwyddedu am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 3 mis.
(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru adnewyddu cymeradwyaeth o dan baragraff (1) am gyfnodau dilynol o hyd at 3 mis—
(a)os byddant yn cael y cais am adnewyddu'r gymeradwyaeth mewn ysgrifen, a'r cais hwnnw wedi'i lofnodi gan neu ar ran y perchennog, o leiaf 28 o ddiwrnodau cyn y dyddiad y mae'r gymeradwyaeth i fod i ddirwyn i ben; a
(b)os yw'r profion y cyfeirir atynt yn Rhan 2 o Atodlen 8, paragraff 2(a) i (c) wedi'u cynnal eto, gyda chanlyniadau negyddol, ar yr anifail buchol y mae'r gymeradwyaeth yn ymwneud ag ef, heb fod yn hwy na 28 o ddiwrnodau cyn y dyddiad y mae'r gymeradwyaeth i fod i ddirwyn i ben.
(3) Os na fydd canlyniadau unrhyw un o'r profion a gynhaliwyd ar anifail buchol o dan baragraff (2)(b) ar gael tan ar ôl y dyddiad y mae ei gymeradwyaeth i fod i ddirwyn i ben, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi cymeradwyaeth dros dro.
(4) Pan fo Gweinidogion Cymru yn rhoi cymeradwyaeth dros dro o dan baragraff (3), ni chaiff neb fasnachu unrhyw semen sydd—
(a)wedi ei gasglu o anifail buchol; neu
(b)wedi ei brosesu ar ôl ei gasglu felly,
hyd oni chadarnheir bod canlyniadau'r profion ar yr anifail buchol neu'r anifail ymlid a ddefnyddiwyd i gasglu'r semen hwnnw yn rhai negyddol.
