Apelau
36.—(1) Caiff person gyflwyno sylwadau ysgrifenedig i berson a benodir i'r perwyl hwnnw gan Weinidogion Cymru ynghylch unrhyw benderfyniad gan Weinidogion Cymru ynghylch—
(a)rhoi, atal dros dro neu ddirymu cymeradwyaeth neu drwydded o dan y Rheoliadau hyn,
(b)yr amodau y mae cymeradwyaeth neu drwydded yn ddarostyngedig iddynt, neu
(c)unrhyw ffioedd a godir o dan y Rheoliadau hyn,
o fewn 21 o ddiwrnodau o'i hysbysu o'r penderfyniad.
(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gyflwyno sylwadau ysgrifenedig hefyd i'r person penodedig ynghylch eu penderfyniad.
(3) Rhaid i'r person penodedig gyflwyno adroddiad ysgrifenedig i Weinidogion Cymru.
(4) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi i'r apelydd hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o'u dyfarniad terfynol a'r rhesymau drosto.
