Brechu gorfodol
19.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan parth brechu lle bydd yn rhaid i unrhyw feddiannydd mangre neu geidwad anifeiliaid sicrhau bod eu hanifeiliaid yn cael eu brechu a'u bod yn cydymffurfio ag unrhyw fesurau eraill sy'n ymwneud naill ai â'r brechu neu â'r brechlyn a bennir yn y datganiad hwnnw.
(2) Caiff arolygydd milfeddygol gyflwyno i feddiannydd mangre neu geidwad anifeiliaid mewn mangre hysbysiad sy'n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r meddiannydd neu'r ceidwad hwnnw sicrhau bod yr anifeiliaid yn y fangre yn cael eu brechu.
