Mangreoedd a amheuir neu fangreoedd heintiedig

9.—(1) Rhaid i arolygydd sy'n gwybod neu'n amau bod feirws y tafod glas yn bodoli ar unrhyw fangre gyflwyno ar unwaith i'r meddiannydd neu i geidwad unrhyw anifeiliaid yn y fangre honno hysbysiad sy'n ei gwneud yn ofynnol—

(a)na fydd unrhyw anifail, ofwm, semen neu embryo yn mynd i mewn i'r fangre nac yn ymadael â hi;

(b) bod stocrestr o'r holl anifeiliaid yn y fangre yn cael ei llunio, a honno'n cofnodi, ar gyfer pob rhywogaeth—

(i)y nifer sydd wedi marw;

(ii)y nifer sy'n fyw ac y mae'n ymddangos bod y tafod glas arnynt; a

(iii)y nifer sy'n fyw y mae'n ymddangos nad yw'r tafod glas arnynt;

(c)bod y stocrestr yn cael ei chadw'n rhestr gyfoes;

(ch)bod pob anifail yn y fangre yn cael ei gadw dan do neu fel y cyfarwyddir gan arolygydd;

(d) bod y fangre a'r anifeiliaid ynddi yn ddarostyngedig i'r mesurau rheoli gwybed a bennir yn yr hysbysiad.

(2) Caiff arolygydd milfeddygol neu arolygydd sy'n gweithredu o dan gyfarwyddyd arolygydd milfeddygol hefyd gyflwyno hysbysiad o'r fath i feddiannydd mangre neu geidwad anifeiliaid yn y fangre honno os yw'r arolygydd milfeddygol yn amau bod anifeiliaid yn y fangre o fewn cyrraedd i feirws y tafod glas.

(3) Rhaid i'r person sy'n llunio'r stocrestr gadw cofnod ohoni am o leiaf ddwy flynedd.
