These Regulations amend regulations 2 and 4 of the Abortion Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) in order to reflect the changes upon the title of the Chief Medical Officer for Wales consequential to the establishment of the Welsh Assembly Government in accordance with the Government of Wales Act 2006.
