(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)

Diwygir Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru o 1 Awst 2008 ymlaen. Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn rhoi effaith gyfreithiol i'r rhaglenni astudio, sy'n gosod yr hyn y dylid ei addysgu i ddisgyblion a thargedau cyrhaeddiad ar eu cyfer. Nodir manylion ohonynt mewn deuddeg dogfen a elwir:

  • “Addysg gorfforol yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Celf a dylunio yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Cerddoriaeth yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Cymraeg yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Daearyddiaeth yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Dylunio a thechnoleg yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Gwyddoniaeth yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Hanes yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Ieithoedd tramor modern yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Mathemateg yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”;

  • “Saesneg yng Nghwricwlwm Cenedlaethol Cymru”; a

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn hefyd yn gosod trefniadau ar gyfer cyflwyno'r Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol diwygiedig fesul cam.
