1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Rice Products from the United States of America (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 17 July 2008.
(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” (“y prif Reoliadau”) means the Rice Products from the United States of America (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Wales) Regulations 2008(1).
(4) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
