(a)Adrannau 22 i 29, mewn perthynas â swyddogaethau cyffredinol Awdurdodau Lleol yng Nghymru;
(b)Adran 30 (dehongli Rhan 2);
(c)Adran 101 (darparu gwybodaeth am blant: Cymru);
(ch)Adran 102 (datgymhwysiad ar gyfer cofrestru o dan Ddeddf Plant 1989).
