The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981 and now vested in them M1, make the following Order.
Marginal Citations
M11981 c. 22. The functions of “the Ministers”, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, were transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by virtue of SI 1999/672. The functions of a Minister of the Crown, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, were transferred to the National Assembly for Wales, by virtue of SI 2004/3044. Section 162 of, and Schedule 11 to, the Government of Wales Act 2006 c. 32; vest these functions in the Welsh Ministers.
