The Welsh Ministers may recover any overpayment of grant for fees from the academic authority.

An eligible student must, if required to do so by the Welsh Ministers, repay any amount paid to that student under Part 4 which for whatever reason exceeds the amount of support to which he or she is entitled under Part 4.
