The National Curriculum (Key Stage 3 Assessment Arrangements) (Wales) Order 20055 is amended in accordance with this article.

In the definition of “the other foundation subjects” (“y pynciau sylfaen eraill”) in article 3(1) —
a
before the word “technology” insert “design and technology, information and communication”; and
b
after the word “art” insert “and design”.

In article 7(1) after the word “art” insert “and design, design and technology and information and communication technology”.
