On the transfer date the property known as Central Stores, Welsh Health Supplies, Princess of Wales Hospital, Coity Road, Bridgend CF31 1UZ, and all the rights and liabilities attaching to that property shall be transferred from the Welsh Ministers to Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University National Health Service Trust.2
