Designated bodies E+W

3.  The following are prescribed as designated bodies for the purposes of section 17 of the 2006 Act—

(a) a Local Health Board;

(b) an NHS Trust;

(c) the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust;

(d) a Welsh independent hospital.
