Amendment of regulation 20 (enforcement) E+W

4.  In regulation 20 for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) The Food Standards Agency enforces in slaughterhouses and cutting plants:—

(a) Schedule 7; and

(b) paragraph 1A, paragraph 2 and paragraph 3

• of Schedule 8.”.
