Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997

3.—(1) The Education (Assisted Places) Regulations 1997(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(4) and (6), substitute “£1,675” for “£1,625” in each place where it appears.

(3) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, substitute “£12,864” for “£12,470”.

(4) For the table following paragraph 2(1) of that Schedule substitute the following table—
