The Street Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Wales) (No 2) Regulations 2008

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State for Transport, by sections 48(2), 49(5), 53(1), (2), (3) and (6), 54(1), (2), (3), (4), (4A), and (4B), 55(1), (2), (3), (7) and (8), 56(2), 56A(4), 57(2) and (3), 58(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7) and (7A), 58A, 62(1), 63(2), 64(1) and 2, 70(3) (b), (4A) and (4B), 97, 104(1) and (3) of, and paragraphs1(2), 2 (2), (3), (4)(f) and (5), 3(5)(b), 4(4) and (5) and 5(2)(c), (3) and (4) of Schedule 3A to, the New Roads and Street Works Act 19911, subsequently transferred to the National Assembly for Wales and now vested in them2, make the following Regulations.
