(This note is not part of the Regulations)
The Control of School Premises (Wales) Regulations 2008 (“the 2008 Regulations”) make provision about the control by governing bodies of the occupation and use of school premises. These Regulations amend the 2008 Regulations so as to correct a mistake in them. Regulation 10(a) in the Welsh language text of the 2008 Regulations contains additional words not included in the English language text of regulation 10(a). Accordingly, regulation 2 of these Regulations deletes those additional words.
2002 c. 32. The functions of the National Assembly for Wales under those sections were transferred to the Welsh Ministers by paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
