Gostyngiadau am dalu'n gynnar
25.—(1) Mae swm gostyngol yn daladwy yn lle'r swm a ragnodir o dan reoliad 24(1) os gwneir taliad cyn diwedd y cyfnod o 29 o ddiwrnodau gan ddechrau ar y diwrnod y rhoddir yr hysbysiad.
(2) Y swm gostyngol yw —
(a)mewn achos lle mae rheoliad 24(1)(a) yn gymwys, £300, a
(b)mewn achos lle mae rheoliad 24(1)(b) yn gymwys, £80.
(3) Os na fydd diwrnod olaf y cyfnod a bennir ym mharagraff (1) yn disgyn ar ddiwrnod gweithio, caiff y cyfnod ar gyfer talu'r swm gostyngol ei estyn tan ddiwedd y diwrnod gwaith nesaf.
