Datgan bod mangre wedi ei heintio pan fo'r fangre'n agos at frigiad sydd wedi'i gadarnhau
11. Os bydd moch ar unrhyw fangre'n amlygu arwyddion clinigol o glefyd pothellog y moch a bod mangre heintiedig yn ddigon agos at y fangre i fodloni Gweinidogion Cymru bod y fangre honno hefyd wedi ei heintio, rhaid i arolygydd milfeddygol—
(a)cyflwyno hysbysiad i'r meddiannydd yn datgan bod y fangre honno'n fangre heintiedig ac yn gosod y mesurau yn Atodlen 1, a
(b)sicrhau bod arwyddion rhybudd sy'n gwahardd mynediad yn cael eu codi mewn mannau addas o amgylch y fangre,
heb ddatgan yn gyntaf bod y fangre yn fangre dan amheuaeth.
