Atal cadeirydd a chyfarwyddwyr anweithredol o'u swyddi
11.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru atal penodai rhag cyflawni swyddogaethau'r penodai fel cadeirydd neu gyfarwyddwr tra bydd Gweinidogion Cymru'n ystyried—
(a)p'un ai i symud y person o'r swydd o dan reoliad 10(3) neu (7); neu
(b)p'un a yw'r person wedi ei ddatgymhwyso rhag cael ei benodi o dan reoliad 15, neu p'un a oedd wedi ei ddatgymhwyso felly ar yr adeg y'i penodwyd.
(2) Bydd Gweinidogion Cymru'n hysbysu person a gafodd ei atal o dan baragraff (1) o'r penderfyniad i'w atal, a bydd y penderfyniad yn dod yn effeithiol pan ddaw'r cyfryw hysbysiad i law.
(3) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (4) a (5), ni fydd cyfnod atal o swydd o dan baragraff (1) yn fwy na chwe mis.
(4) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru adolygu ataliad ar unrhyw adeg a byddant yn adolygu ataliad ar ôl tri mis os gofynnir iddynt wneud hynny gan y sawl a gafodd ei atal.
(5) Pan fyddant yn adolygu ataliad, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru—
(a)dirymu'r ataliad, ac yn y cyfryw achos bydd yr ataliad yn peidio â bod yn effeithiol; neu
(b)atal y penodai rhag cyflawni swyddogaethau'r penodai fel cadeirydd neu gyfarwyddwr am gyfnod o ddim mwy na chwe mis o'r dyddiad y daw'r cyfnod atal presennol i ben.
