3.—(1) Mewn unrhyw gyfarfod o'r Ymddiriedolaeth, y cadeirydd, os yw'n bresennol, fydd yn llywyddu.
(2) Os yw'r cadeirydd a'r is-gadeirydd (os o gwbl) yn absennol, bydd y cyfryw gyfarwyddwr anweithredol ag y byddo'r cyfarwyddwyr sy'n bresennol yn ei ddewis yn llywyddu.
(3) Rhaid i bob cwestiwn mewn cyfarfod gael ei benderfynu gan fwyafrif pleidleisiau'r cyfarwyddwyr sy'n bresennol ac sy'n pleidleisio ar y cwestiwn ac, os yw'r pleidleisiau'n gyfartal, bydd gan y person sy'n llywyddu ail bleidlais a fydd yn bleidlais fwrw.
(4) Rhaid cofnodi enwau'r cyfarwyddwyr sy'n bresennol yn y cyfarfod.
(5) Ni chaniateir trafod unrhyw fusnes mewn cyfarfod o'r Ymddiriedolaeth onid oes traean o nifer cyfan y cyfarwyddwyr yn bresennol gan gynnwys, ar neu ar ôl y dyddiad gweithredol, un cyfarwyddwr gweithredol a dau gyfarwyddwr anweithredol o leiaf.
(6) Rhaid llunio cofnodion trafodion cyfarfod a'u cyflwyno er mwyn cael cytundeb arnynt yn y cyfarfod nesaf sy'n dilyn, lle y cânt eu llofnodi gan y person sy'n llywyddu ynddo.
