Offences relating to movement of controlled horticultural produce15

A person is guilty of an offence if they move controlled horticultural produce or a container with controlled horticultural produce in it, or cause or permit them to be moved without the written consent of an authorised officer.

A person, other than an authorised officer, is guilty of an offence if they remove or cause or permit to be removed from that controlled horticultural produce or its container a stop notice label affixed by an authorised officer under regulation 13.

A person is guilty of an offence if they fail to comply with the undertaking they gave for the purposes of regulation 14.
