The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by sections 18, 203 and 204(1) of and paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 20061, hereby make the following Order:
Title and commencement1
The title of this Order is the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 3 February 2009.
Amendment to the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order2
In Article 4 of The Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19982, after the word “chairman”, replace the word “five” with the word “seven”.
