4.—(1) Hyd nes y bydd adran 88 o Ddeddf 2006 yn cychwyn—
(a)mae'r cyfeiriad yn adran 89(2)(a) yn Neddf 2006 at adran 88(2)(a) i gael effaith fel pe bai'n gyfeiriad at adran 61(2)(a) o Ddeddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998; a
(b)mae'r cyfeiriad yn adran 89(2)(b) yn Neddf 2006 at adran 88(2)(b) i gael effaith fel pe bai'n gyfeiriad at adran 61(2)(b) o Ddeddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998.
(2) Hyd nes y cychwynnir adran 89(4) o Ddeddf 2006 caniateir i'r mesurau y bydd pennaeth yn eu penderfynu o dan adran 89(1) o Ddeddf 2006 gynnwys gwneud rheolau a darpariaeth ar gyfer eu gorfodi.
