1. The title of this Order is the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 23 October 2009.
2. In the Welsh text of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009(3) at paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule omit “ymyl du a chroeslinellau” and substitute “ymyl du a llinellau lletraws”.

This Order corrects an error in the Welsh text of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009.
A Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
1992 c. 13. Section 27 was amended by paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 to the National Council for Education and Training for Wales (Transfer of Functions to the National Assembly for Wales and Abolition) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/3238) and by paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the Further and Higher Education Act 2007 (c. 25).
Functions of the Secretary of State, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, transferred to the National Assembly for Wales, by the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672). The functions of the National Assembly for Wales transferred to the Welsh Ministers by paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
