Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
30.—(1) Pan fo'r Asiantaeth wedi'i bodloni—
(a)bod parhau i weithredu pwynt mynediad dynodedig yn creu risg ddifrifol i iechyd y cyhoedd neu iechyd anifeiliaid; neu
(b)bod yr isafswm gofynion ar gyfer pwyntiau mynediad dynodedig a osodir yn Erthygl o Reoliad 669/2009 wedi'u torri mewn modd difrifolawrth bwynt mynediad dynodedig,
caiff atal dynodiad y pwynt mynediad naill ai'n llawn neu'n rhannol drwy gyflwyno i weithredydd y pwynt mynediad hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i'r perwyl hwnnw.
(2) Pan gyflwynir hysbysiad o dan baragraff (1), mae dynodiad y pwynt mynediad yn peidio i'r graddau a bennir yn yr hysbysiad hwnnw nes iddo gael ei ddynodi eto yn unol ag Erthygl 17(1) o Reoliad 882/2004.
