The costs incurred by the enforcement authority for which the feed or food business operator or its representative is liable under Article 22 of Regulation 882/2004 must be paid by the feed or food business operator or its representative on the written demand of the enforcement authority.

The fees required to be collected by a competent authority under Article 14 of Regulation 669/2009 must be paid by the feed or food business operator subject to the increased level of official controls provided for in that Regulation or its representative on the written demand of the competent authority.
