11.—(1) Os yw'r difrod wedi'i achosi gan weithgaredd nad yw'n ofynnol cael trwydded neu gofrestriad ar ei gyfer o dan Reoliadau Caniatáu Amgylcheddol (Cymru a Lloegr) 2007, gorfodir y Rheoliadau hyn yn unol â'r tabl canlynol.

(1) Mae “môr” yn cynnwys—
(a)unrhyw fan sydd dan y dŵr adeg llanw uchaf cymedrig y gorllanw; a
(b)pob un o'r canlynol, i'r graddau y mae'r llanw'n llifo adeg llanw uchaf cymedrig y gorllanw—
(i)pob aber neu forgainc; a
(ii)dyfroedd unrhyw sianel, cilfach, bae neu afon.
(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi cyfarwyddiadau cyffredinol neu benodol eu natur i awdurdod gorfodi ynghylch cyflawni ei swyddogaethau o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(3) Rhaid i awdurdod gorfodi gydymffurfio â chyfarwyddyd a roddir iddo o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
