Gweithrediadau rheoli gwastraff
3.—(1) Gweithrediadau rheoli gwastraff, gan gynnwys casglu, cludo, adfer a gwaredu gwastraff a gwastraff peryglus, goruchwylio gweithrediadau o'r fath ac ôl-ofal dros safleoedd gwaredu, yn ddarostyngedig i drwydded neu gofrestriad yn unol â Chyfarwyddeb 2006/12/EC Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor ar wastraff(1) a Chyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 91/689/EEC ar wastraff peryglus(2).
(2) Gweithredu safleoedd tirlenwi o dan Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 1999/31/EC ar gladdu gwastraff(3) a gweithredu gweithfeydd hylosgi o dan Gyfarwyddeb 2000/76/EC Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor ar hylosgi gwastraff(4).
(3) Nid yw hyn yn cynnwys taenu slwtsh carthion o weithfeydd trin dŵr gwastraff trefol, sydd wedi'i drin yn unol â safon gymeradwy, at ddibenion amaethyddol.
