Code of Conduct (Non-Qualifying Local Government Employees) (Wales) Regulations 2001

5.—(1) The Code of Conduct (Non-Qualifying Local Government Employees) (Wales) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 in the definition of “teacher” for “Local Education Authority” substitute “local authority”.
