13.—(1) Regulation 36(4) of the Adoption Agencies (Wales) Regulations 2005(1) is amended as follows.E+W
(2) At the end of sub-paragraph (b) add “and include in the notification to the local authority information about the child’s educational history and whether the child has been or is likely to be assessed for special educational needs under the Education Act 1996”.
(3) Omit sub-paragraph (c).
