The Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (Wales) Regulations 200640 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 3, in paragraph 3(g) of Part 1 in paragraph 3(f) of Part 2, in paragraph 3(d) of Part 3 and in paragraph 3(f) of Part 4, for “local education authority” substitute “local authority”.
