Provisions coming into force on 1 May 20102.
1 May 2010 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the 2009 Act for the purposes of making orders under paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to that Act:
(a)
section 27(11) (provision for Schedule 3 to the 2009 Act to have effect);
(b)
paragraphs 3 and 5 of Schedule 3 (power to make transitional provision on adoption of Schedule 3 to the 1982 Act as amended).
