Os na ellir canfod y cyfartaleddau tair blynedd neu bum mlynedd ar sail set lawn ac olynol o ddata blynyddol, bydd yr isafswm data blynyddol sy'n ofynnol ar gyfer gwirio cydymffurfedd â'r gwerthoedd targed yn ddata dilys am flwyddyn mewn perthynas â gwerth targed ar gyfer diogelu iechyd pobl ac yn ddata dilys am dair blynedd mewn perthynas â gwerth targed ar gyfer diogelu llystyfiant.
