Appointed day
2. 21 May 2010 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Health and Social Care Act 2008—
(a)section 140, in so far as it relates to Part 2 of Schedule 12;
(b)section 166, in so far as it relates to the repeals mentioned in paragraph (d);
(c)Part 2 of Schedule 12; and
(d)the repeals included in Part 4 of Schedule 15 that relate to sections 174 to 176 of, and Schedule 8 to, the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006(1).
