Coming into force

This order is made in exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by paragraph 8 (1) of Schedule 8 and paragraph 3 (1) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 2004 1 and now vested in the Welsh Ministers 2.

The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff has applied to the Welsh Ministers for an order to be made under these powers with respect to part of its area.

The Welsh Ministers have consulted the chief officer of the South Wales Police in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 8 (3) of Schedule 8 and 3 (4) of Schedule 10 to the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Accordingly, the Welsh Ministers make this Order.
